YOUR PROFILE
- Completed technical training (e.g. mechatronics, electrical engineering or comparable qualification)
- Experience in dispatching or scheduling service technicians
- Good communication skills and assertiveness
- Experience in working with ERP systems (ProAlpha is an advantage)
- Organizational skills and the ability to coordinate several tasks simultaneously
- Independent, structured way of working and high level of commitment
- Good MS Office skills (especially Excel and Word)
- Good written and spoken English skills are an advantage
YOUR TASKS
- Disposition, deployment planning and coordination of service technicians
- Processing customer inquiries and preparing quotations for the maintenance area
- Interface between the maintenance team and other departments
- Creating and processing orders in the ERP system
- Support in the optimization of processes in the maintenance area
