To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated office-based sales representative (m/f/d) who combines technical understanding, strong communication skills and organizational talent – someone who cultivates customer relationships, professionally prepares offers and optimally supports our colleagues in the field.

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed technical training or studies in the field of mechanical and plant engineering – alternatively a comparable qualification with sound sales experience
• Experience in technical internal sales or customer service for capital goods desirable
• Strong interest in mechanical engineering and automation technology
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions in an understandable and convincing way
• Structured, independent and customer-oriented way of working
• Confident demeanor, strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
• Very good written and spoken German, good English skills desirable
  

YOUR TASKS

• Support and maintenance of existing customer relationships in internal sales
• Creation, tracking and evaluation of offers and orders
• Close cooperation with field service, design, electrical engineering and project management
• Technical advice and support for our customers with inquiries and projects
• Coordination and agreement of deadlines, delivery times and technical details
• Participation in the development of sales strategies and the optimization of internal processes
• Maintenance of customer data in the ERP/CRM system (proAlpha is an advantage)
• Support for trade fairs, events and marketing activities
