YOUR PROFILE

  • Preparation of calculations, offers and service invoices in cooperation
    with sales and technology
  • Central interface between service/maintenance, sales and other specialist departments
  • Creating, processing and tracking service and maintenance orders in the ERP system
  • Support in the scheduling and deployment planning of service technicians
  • Participation in the development, structuring and optimization of service processes

YOUR TASKS

  • Completed technical training in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable practical experience (further training as a state-certified technician is an advantage, but not a must)
  • Career changers (m/f/d) with technical understanding and commercial skills are expressly welcome
  • Initial experience in service coordination, scheduling, resource planning or technical processing would be an advantage
  • Good communication skills, organizational skills and customer orientation
  • Independent, structured way of working and reliability
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
