YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed training as an industrial clerk or comparable qualification
- Confident PC and MS Office skills as well as experience with common ERP software
- Technical interest and experience in the mechanical engineering sector are desirable
- Ability to work in a team, high customer orientation and a friendly and confident demeanor
- Good knowledge of German; knowledge of English an advantage
YOUR TASKS
- Creation and management of offers in German and English
- Order creation and management in our ERP system
- Creating calculations for individual components and systems
- Independent processing of customer inquiries
- Telephone customer and contact care as well as related information about products and prices
- Support in the preparation and evaluation of key sales figures
