Design Engineer, Mechanical Engineering/Automation (m/f/d)

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies as an engineer in the field of mechanical engineering / automation technology
  or a comparable qualification (e.g. technician / design engineer)
• Several years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, automation technology or special machine construction
• Confident handling of 3D CAD systems, ideally SolidWorks
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Strong technical understanding, customer-oriented appearance and organizational skills
• Commitment, ability to work under pressure, independent working style and ability to work in a team round off your profile

YOUR TASKS

• Design of components and assemblies in conveyor and automation technology
• Development and design of sheet metal assemblies and special constructions
• Creation of production drawings, parts lists and design-specific documents
• Independent organization and implementation of development projects
  up to series production readiness
• Participation in the strategic development of the product portfolio
• Analysis and evaluation of customer-specific requirements for individual special solutions
• Ensuring quality, costs and deadlines within the projects
• Technical contact for customers, suppliers and internal departments
