To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced field sales representative (m/f/d) who combines technical expertise, negotiating skills and strategic thinking – someone who knows how to sell complex mechanical engineering products convincingly and build long-term customer relationships.
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed technical training or studies in the field of mechanical and plant engineering
– alternatively a comparable qualification with sound sales experience - Strong technical understanding and the ability to present complex solutions
in an understandable and convincing way - High level of interest in our product portfolio and technical innovations
- Strategic thinking, initiative and strong goal orientation
- Confident demeanor, strong communication and negotiation skills at all decision-making levels
- Very good written and spoken German, good English skills desirable
YOUR TASKS
- Independent support and strategic development of the sales area
in mechanical and plant engineering - Acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing business relationships
- Analysis of customer requirements and technical advice at a high professional level
- Development of customized solutions in close cooperation with our customers
- Conducting price and contract negotiations at decision-maker level
- Market and competition monitoring and active involvement in shaping the sales strategy
- Participation in trade fairs and industry events
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as design,
electrical engineering and project management
